竹笙墨魚滑 (半份) ($68) Bamboo Pith Stuffed with Cuttlefish Paste
Mashed Cuttlefish was a common ingredient for hotpot but it’s slightly different here. It was covered with a layer of bamboo pith which added an extra punch to the cuttle paste. Fresh & fully absorbed the flavors of cheesy soup base.
與一般的魚滑不一樣,魚滑外包了一層竹笙,竹笙吸收芝士湯底的味道,加上魚滑的鮮味,既特別又美味。
芝士雞煲和火煱,不算貴的特錢,有特色,味道又好,值得一提的是,芝士火鍋加熱時較一般的火鍋較不易可起泡,所以要注意火力,未吃過的應該一食!!
