#太子抵食雞煲

We ordered the cheapest beef offered at this restaurant but the quality was so good, out of our expectations. Well-marbled and tender in this budget.

我們只點選了最基本的牛肉,不過質素絕非基本,肥肉脂肪花紋分怖平均,份量也不少,放到火鍋輕輕一燙,就是上佳的配搭,提供入囗即融的口感。

特級雪花肥牛 (小) ($158) Hotpot Beef

我們只點選了最基本的牛肉,不過質素絕非基本,肥肉脂肪花紋分怖平均,份量也不少,放到火鍋輕輕一燙,就是上佳的配搭,提供入囗即融的口感。

竹笙墨魚滑 (半份) ($68) Bamboo Pith Stuffed with Cuttlefish Paste

Mashed Cuttlefish was a common ingredient for hotpot but it’s slightly different here. It was covered with a layer of bamboo pith which added an extra punch to the cuttle paste. Fresh & fully absorbed the flavors of cheesy soup base.

與一般的魚滑不一樣,魚滑外包了一層竹笙,竹笙吸收芝士湯底的味道,加上魚滑的鮮味,既特別又美味。

芝士雞煲和火煱,不算貴的特錢,有特色,味道又好,值得一提的是,芝士火鍋加熱時較一般的火鍋較不易可起泡,所以要注意火力,未吃過的應該一食!!
